Pre-Employment Screening and Security Requirements
To support the needs of our government and commercial clients, employment offers may be contingent upon the successful completion and adjudication of pre-employment requirements.
Depending on the position, contract, client, or work assignment, candidates may be required to undergo one or more of the following:
- Employment eligibility verification
- Professional reference and credential verification
- Education verification
- Background investigations
- Criminal history screening, where permitted by law
- Drug screening, if required by contract or client policy
- Public Trust determination
- Security clearance eligibility or sponsorship
- Active security clearance verification
- Client-specific onboarding and compliance requirements
Certain positions supporting federal government contracts may require candidates to possess, obtain, maintain, or be deemed eligible for a security clearance, Public Trust designation, suitability determination, or other government-mandated authorization. Employment and assignment to such positions are contingent upon receiving all required approvals from the appropriate government agency or authorized reviewing authority.
Tax Hub Solutions reserves the right to delay a start date, reassign duties, or withdraw a contingent offer of employment if required screenings, investigations, suitability determinations, or security approvals are not successfully completed or maintained.
